Jul 8th 2012 12:26PM I am not a believer, but I respect those who do believe. However, a very important aspect of this case is the neighborhood disruption caused by these activities. As I respect his belief, he should respect his neighbor's peace and tranquility. The imposition of jail time in this case is unwarranted; the fine should be sufficient; after all we are talking about a spiritual activity, not a music festival. The suggestion that he rent a more suitable space is a worthy suggestion. Perhaps a meeting with the local authorities to discuss the situation might yield fruitful results.
