Jul 11th 2011 12:30AM The article didn't say how old Maury is. When I was a teenager in DC he had a mid-day show called Panarama with Connie Chung. I will be 57 this year so he must be really old. He and Connie have been together since they were in high school in the DC area. That is a long relationship. I used to read his father's sports column (Shirley Povich) in the Washinton Post. He has been with Connie so long I guess he does know how to make a relationship last.
Jun 4th 2011 7:37PM You cannot use a celebrities name or image without their permission. They are the products they sell. It is the same as going in a store and stealing their wares off the shelf. It doesn't matter who the celebrity is or if you like them or not.
Jun 4th 2011 12:09AM Tony Bennett "The Good Life" great song. Leo loves it too.
May 13th 2011 3:25PM That would be funny. It has happened before. The show "Dexter" on shotime. Dexter's wife in real life plays his sister on the show. It's on SHOTIME so they watch each other have sex scenes with other people on the show. They did divorce recently.
May 13th 2011 1:17PM I was thinking long lost son too. He interits the house and let's Alan stay. If Jake makes only a few appearances per show he can still go to college in real life like he wanted to.
May 13th 2011 12:51PM Never ceases to amaze my how people hate it when child stars grow up. It's like they want them stuck as an adolecent for life.
May 13th 2011 12:46PM The show is on it's last leg. Didn't I see somewhere that Angus T. Jones (Jake) wants to go to college when the show ends and do something else with his life other than show business. Easier said than done. A woman on VH1 was a singer who left show business and got an office job and people bothered her all of the time for autographs. It disrupted the work place and her boss didn't like it. Angus might find out that he has to go back to show business.Ashton Kucher played a similar part on the 70s show. He 3was a flakey guy that cheated on his girl friends. He can pull it off for one season.
May 6th 2011 3:07PM When I was a kid there was a show on TV named "Queen For A Day". But it should be "King/Queen for a day" open to men and women. I think taht would go over big in today's economy. Each show has a different 4 or 5 star hotel as it's sponsor. The winner gets to stay in a niv=ce suite for a day and night and enjoy every aminity the hotel has. It's not for money to pay bills but for a day of pampering totally free. Game show prizes are taxable so they have to figure out how to handle that. Maybe give the contestant enough cash to cover taxes for the cash and the prize.
May 2nd 2011 4:39PM Like Diana. She wasn't beautiful. She was only OK. But people always said she was the most beautiful woman in the world. Shewas only average but people were in love with what she was.
May 2nd 2011 4:36PM English people are very friendly. Sometimes airlines have cheap fares especially on 3 day weekends. Last year there was one for $300 round trip to Paris. If you can find a cheap London hotel and find a weekend airfare you can go to London. Visit a pub or club. Maybe a fair. You will meet a nice English girl. When you get back to work monday and people ask you what you didi over the weekend you can so "Nothing special just hung out" or you can brag. Which ever is the most fun for you.
