Following their wedding luncheon hosted by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace, Prince William and his bride, the Duchess of Cambridge, were spotted outside cruising around in the Prince of Wales' blue convertible Aston Martin and waving to well-wishers.

The sweet ride featured a license plate that read "JU5T WED" with balloons and bows streaming from behind. Although Catherine still sported her Sarah Burton-designed wedding gown with full veil, it appeared William had changed out of his Irish Guard scarlet tunic into slightly less formal attire.

I wish you both more joy, health, love and happiness than you ever thought existed. Catherine you are a Princess in every sense of the word. You are beautiful, poised, and the most perfect choice Will could have made. Will, we all watched you grow from a tiny tot to the elegant young man you are today. You have shown us that it is possible to be both the future King of England and a grounded, giving man as well. During this journey, you disappointed no one. Will, I look at you and I see your Beloved mother. Not only in looks, but in your heart of generosity too. Today, Princess Diana danced in Heaven. God Bless you and Catherine. May Our Lord's Love remain with you always.

That "brand-new" Aston Martin is actually 42 years young! It was a gift to Charles by the Queen on his 21st birthday in 1969.
