The Queen should make the announcement at the wedding that she's handing over the throne to Prince William, That should knock Camilla on her butt. Who would want that to rule the country?
ReplyCamilla won't rule but just the thought that she will have "Queen" before her name is enough to make one toss their cookies. I agree that Charles should just be passed over for William. Then Camilla can go toss some of her own cookies and justice will be served for Diana.
The Queen cannot 'hand over the throne' to Wiliam. She would have to abdicate and Charles would ascend. Camilla will not be Queen when Charles becomes King. She will be Queen Consort and have an appropriate title. Also, The Royals DO NOT rule England. Parliment, headed by the Prime Minister ( voted into office by the people), run the country. The Queen's job is to advise only. I wish you people who post, would not show your ignorance.
Camilla would never be a ruling queen... but I agree with you.

Congratulations to William and Kate, I am so happy for both of you, and your Brother Harry was as proud as punch with your choice of Wife and future Queen, Diana was well remembered to-day by all who loved her ( Camilla) well she will have her day, God Bless and make lots of babys soon.
The Queen can't hand over her crown without debate and ratification by the U.K. Parliament and the Parliaments of the Commonwealth nations. Nor can she jump the crown over Charles to William without the consent of the above. [Charles would have to abdicate in his turn.]

Liz ..He was supposedly Cheating on her With Camilla Before Marriage. Problem is she had low self esteem to begin with with her own family issues....I guess Charles Cheating drove her to it...But then again over the Years all the Men in the family had Mistresses. but Even that is no Excuse..

ReplyI think not on Camilla she is blubbering rubish I say! for as far as destroying Princess Diana, as far as I'm concerned Diana will always be Princess, Now Her son's new bride to be is beautiful reminds me so much of Diana its unreal. She will serve well as a Queen and Prince Willian as a King. What his Dad did to Diana was horrifying and then to marry that that Cammilla is unthinkable.

ReplyIt seem that some of the people making comments about the Royals are just making asses of themselves. Know what your talking about before you put your foot into your mouth people. Charles in next in line to the throne. The Royals over the years have been stripped of there power and are just figure heads these days? They have no law making power nor can the interferr with thre running of the country. If it were not for the Royal Family England would be just an island as the weather there is poor, rains a lot and really there is nothing alouring about England!! The Royals bring in billions of dollars a year to the government and there are still some there in England that say they should be removed???

Don't forget to give tribute to HRH Duchess of Windsor and HRH Duke of Windsor for with out them this royal couple would not have been so royal. Today also marks the date that HRH Wallis Duchess of Windsor was laid to rest in Frogmore next to her husband HRH The Duke of Windsor... RIP Wallis.....
